Before starting an application, the Institute advises that applicants read all the information available on the application process for postgraduate study at University of Cambridge, which includes detailed information on all aspects of application, including how to choose and apply for a Cambridge college.

Applications for the academic year 26-27 can be made from September 2025 until January 2026. Applications are administered centrally through the University and should be made through the postgraduate applicant portal.
