The missing Enchanted Pose, a painting of 2 identical female nudes by René Magritte, which was exhibited in 1927 and photographed for the accompanying catalogue, has during recent years been discovered in pieces around the world; in Britain, Sweden and the USA.  The final 4th missing piece has just recently come to light beneath another Magritte painting, The Human Condition in the Norwich Castle Museum, thanks to detective work by Alice Tavares da Silva, a conservator at the Hamilton Kerr Institute.
